"Quaysiders resort is an apartment/hotel right by the upper side of Lake Windermere in Ambleside. It is in an absolutely perfect location close to the lake, shops, restaurants. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen that had all kitchen amenities. Our Apartment was very clean and spacious . There is an indoor pool that was warm and it can also be like a Jacuzzi. "The location was perfect but was very disappointed with whole look of the property. Mattress had a dip and was very uncomfortable & the sofa was so filthy that I didn’t want to sit on it. Also the bathroom floors had cracked tiles. The whole property needs a bit of an update. I have stayed in much better."
