"Coco Bungalow is newly renovated and everything is new and clean and I mean clean. This home is well stocked with dishes and towels etc… The house was very easy to find and it’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach. We found plenty of sharks teeth here. Instructions for entering the house and leaving were easy and Trevor is very easy to talk with. We had a couple of questions and he responded very quickly. They also welcomed us with a gift card for our 45th anniversary. They also welcome everyone with a bucket filled with assorted goodies like sunscreen, keurig coffee pods, mouthwash etc… Highly recommended."

"We had such a great family vacation here! The property was immaculate, very clean and updated. The grounds were pristine and we enjoyed the peaceful, outdoor area. The location was unbeatable and steps to the beautiful, blue ocean and there was hardly anyone on the beach area. The house had absolutely everything we needed. We appreciated the nice beach gear and the stainless cookware. The beds were comfortable and the house was decorated beautifully. The owner was very helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. Would 100% recommend staying here. Great surrounding restaurants as well, with tons to do around the area."

"Very nice condo. Great beach vibe. We saw Sheepshead (fish), crabs and other small fish right by the dock. A manatee swam right next to the dock as we were standing there! The private beach access is only for the sure-footed and depends on the tide. This is out of the owner's control. Large 'boulders' have been placed to slowdown erosion. It is a great place to watch the sunset. Go to one of the other beautiful beaches nearby to hunt for shark teeth and enjoy the water. "

"The apartment is situated right on the oceanfront, and the interior is lovely and well-decorated. It would be a nice touch if they provided at least a little coffee for brewing and some snacks, since there are no shops nearby. The exterior of the building is currently under renovation and doesn't look very appealing; the construction work also creates a lot of noise. We arrived at 2:00 PM and spoke with Andrew to ask if we could enter just to drop off our groceries, but he refused. Furthermore, the 10:00 AM checkout time truly doesn't leave you with any time to do anything; considering the high price point, a checkout time of 12:00 PM would be more appropriate and allow for a more relaxed departure."
