"This was a gem of a find! My wife and I stayed for 5 nights, and we couldn't have been happier with it. The sunsets were breathtaking, and the beach was right at our doorstep! Fran and Fred are wonderful hosts, the place was well-stocked, and we enjoyed every minute of it. Will definitely book with them again...thank you for an amazing experience!"

"My adult daughter and I had our first-ever mother-daughter getaway at this lovely beachfront condo. It is on the lower level, stepping out onto a porch with a lovely courtyard view and the sounds of the ocean waves. Just a few short steps and we were on the beach with the gorgeous, turquoise waters of the Gulf before us. The beach was busy as it was a holiday weekend, but not nearly as busy as the packed public beaches nearby. We found lots of shells and enjoyed seeing boats, parasailors, and dolphins from the beach chairs provided for use. Nearby, the Sandbar Tiki Grille had delicious shrimp, while the Beachcomber Trading Post offered great coffee and a nice breakfast menu with tables along the waters of Lemon Bay. We used the condo kitchen to prepare easy meals as well, with groceries from Winn-Dixie nearby. We immensely enjoyed our time at this condo and would love to come back someday. Thank you so much!"

"We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for us. We played on the beach all day and enjoyed the restaurants that were within walking distance. I’m glad we read in the reviews about the tight parking. We got a smaller rental car and had no issues."

"I booked this last minute as an add on to visiting friends near Naples because I wanted to check out the Englewood area which I had not been to in many years. I could not be more pleased with both the accommodations and the area! This unit has been nicely updated and is very well maintained, clean and comfortable. It has everything you need to stay in and cook if you want and is just a short walk to a convenience store, a great seafood market and several good restaurants if you want to go out. Manasota Key is still like old Florida (thank goodness!) and is just beautiful with a very nice walkable beach and other nice beaches and parks a short drive away. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive to any questions during my stay. I would certainly not hesitate to return to this property and can highly recommend it to others, although I'd prefer to keep it a secret :)"

"We loved it here. Gulf views, private walk directly from the building to the beach. Quiet area great for relaxing. Beach was amazing, not crowded at all. Short walk to stores and restaurants. Condo is in great shape, the 2 full bathrooms and laundry is a great plus for multi-kid families. Perfect layout for a family of 5."

"The property is exactly as described. While we vacationed with a larger group of people, it was wonderful to come "home" to our own place where we could unwind. It is fully furnished with everything we needed; including beach chairs! The beach is simply one house away...a short walking distance. My observation was that this is a popular retirement community. So if you're looking for peace and quiet, you've found it! Stump pass, Blind pass, and Manasota Key Beaches are all a very short drive away. 3-4 really good restaurants / bars within a short drive as well."

"Great upgrade from prior WannaB. Rooms comfortable and well appointed, staff very helpful, facilities and amenities in excellent condition. Pricey-- but overall worth it!"
