"Had a fantastic few days here. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Whenever we asked they always provided an answer to our requests promptly and happily. Charlotte was incredibly informative and passionate in answering our local questions of which her knowledge was invaluable to us. Lovely room we had, being hyper critical it is an old building so the bathroom layout meant you couldn't really have a shower, so bathing it was instead. Had a wonderful stay, highly recommended. "The Abbey Hotel was ideally placed for our theatre visit and close to the shops we wanted to visit. Access to the Worcester Beacon and the superb views is close by, the station is within walking distance through a lovely park and there are many independent cafes to relax in. "
