Villa Tatoli is a charming, spacious and traditional 4-bedroom villa that offers exceptional privacy in a rural environment of great beauty. Its perfectly maintained gardens, terraces and panoramic views of nature make Villa Tatoli the ideal place for those who enjoy outdoor life.
Access to the villa is via a picturesque rural road that leads to the car park and the main entrance. Upon entering, an elegant stone arch gives way to the spacious living-dining room. From here, patio doors open to a covered terrace and pool area. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the necessary amenities for a vacation where you can enjoy home cooking, as well as a practical laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The villa has 4 cozy rooms, all with air conditioning and tastefully decorated. The master bedroom, with a double bed, has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The other three bedrooms are equipped with two single beds each. In addition, there are two additional bathrooms: one near the kitchen and one in the corridor that connects the rooms.
The gardens of Villa Tatoli are a true oasis, with large lawns, palm trees and a traditional Majorcan stone barbecue with covered terrace, perfect for enjoying delicious meals outdoors. The generous L-shaped pool, with Roman steps, is surrounded by grass and offers ample space for sunbathing on the surrounding loungers.

Schöne Herbstferien Ende Oktober

Eine wunderbare Finca die wirklich keine Wünsche offen lässt! Sehr gepflegtes Aussengelände, dass durch einen freundlichen Gärtner instand gehalten wird! Der Pool ist wunderbar gelegen und die Terasse mit Grill lädt zum verweilen ein! Wir würden einen Aufenthalt hier jedem empfehlen! Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber das ist kein minus Punkt! Vielleicht wären Insektenschutz an den Fenstern angebracht

Sehr gepflegt, gute Ausstattung Ein paar mehr Infos für das Haus wären gut gewesen ( z.B. Anleitung über die Programmierung der Alarmanlage Was passiert mit dem Müll?). Uns fehlten Auflagen für die Liegen.

Sehr schöne Finca

Für uns 8 Personen hatte die Finca so ziemlich alles, was wir brauchten. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und bietet Sonnen- sowie Schattenplätze. Der Pool war auch im Oktober noch spitze und wird 2x wöchentlich von einem sehr netten Spanier gepflegt. Die Terrasse ist geräumig mit einem Aussengrill, einem großen Tisch und einem Aussensofa. Innen war es sehr schön, auch wenn wir uns fast nur draußen aufgehalten haben. Kleinigkeiten hier und da. Das größte Manko waren die Bettlaken mit Wolldecke (1 für zwei Personen). Da sollte man im Vorfeld mit der Agentur klären, dass genügend Bettwäsche vor Ort ist. Wir hatten zum Glück eigene Wäsche dabei.

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus liegt sehr abgeschieden und ruhig. Es sind nur ab und an Hahnenkrähen und Hundegebell zu hören. Der Pool ist wunderbar. Auch der Grill und die Sitzgelegenheiten sind sehr schön. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden. Einzige Mängel: Das Stromnetz ist nicht sehr stabil, es kann sein, dass immer mal eine Sicherung herausfliegt. Außerdem darf man in der Küche keine Lebensmittel frei herumliegen lassen, die Ameisen holen sich alles. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Objekt.

Casa bonita. Ubicacion regular.

La casa, la piscina y el jardin Casa llena de hormigas, sábanas bajeras no ajustables. Teníamos que abandonar la casa a las 10 y desde las 9.30 teníamos a las de la limpieza metiendo presión, esto no me parece bien.

jolie villa avec très belle piscine dans environnement rural

jolie villa au calme avec extérieurs magnifiques: jardin et piscine splendides. L'intérieur est correct mais pourrait être amélioré, en particulier la cuisine qui est sombre et manque d'équipement tel qu'une machine à expresso par exemple ( la quantité de vaisselles est en revanche tout à fait suffisante). la villa se situe dans un environnement rural mais est à 10 min en voiture de pollença et à 20 min des plages de port pollenca.

Great family Villa with good sized pool

The pool and the garden were lovely. The terrace to eat in shade during the day and enjoy evening meals we used all the time. Good equipment in the kitchen - eg coffee machine, blender stick. The shower water temperature was difficult to control - varying from cold to scalding hot! Some basics in the kitchen like salt, pepper and olive oil would have been good. No need to supply new towels mid week!
