Great for 4 people or less
PROS: Superb location, pretty much all the amenities are available, two large and comfy beds in the bedrooms. CONS: if booking for 6 people, 2 of them will have to sleep on a sofa-bed in the living room, also, after 4 people take a shower the hot water disappears and you need to wait for it to heat up again.

Great location, central position. Spacious, modern, clean and secure. Easy check-in and check-out process, friendly and very helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again if in Palma.

Es perfecto!
We stayed for a long weekend and were delighted with our location - right in the centre, just across the way from the Cathedral. We had ideal access to all the restaurants and bars as well as a stroll to the nearest beach. We had everything needed for a real 'home from home'. Check in was straight forward. The accommodation was just perfect - clean, comfortable, modern, it was just brilliant! And the whole place smelt divine! Gorgeous air fresheners! Getting about Palma was also very easy as the bus stops just outside the apartment block! I would strongly recommend these apartments to anyone wanting the perfect Palma city break.

My 60th Birthday bash in Palma
Lovely apartment overlooking the fountain and so close to everything. Definitely stay again. No complaints at all.

Liked: The location was great. Manager called an early-morning taxi for us. Didn't like: The wifi never worked more than about 2 minutes. The hot water didn't work at first, but was fixed while I had to participate instead of go about my plan. Couldn't use the shower for 24 hours. Manager stated that "no one else has the wifi problem" but 3 of us could not connect. The message was "incorrect password", but manager did not give us another. Supposedly there were 2 nets, neither of which was visible. Manager stated "any complaint can be addressed to Expedia". Manager stated that I should "have a little understanding of your part" in the wifi, but did not explain what my part was. I would not stay anywhere without a wifi connection while traveling.

Ideal Location
We were met at the apartment by a lovely lady who showed us around the flat. The flat was very modern and well equipped. It was in the ideal location for shops, supermarket and restaurants. We had a small balcony which was ideal for people watching. It can be noisy with the traffic and fountain but once the balcony windows are closed, the noise is eliminated. Cathedral is literally 2 minutes away.

Great apartment in old town
Loads of space and good quality apartment. Right in the heart of restaurants and shops. Was there in September for 4 night break which worked really well.

Fin leilighet med fantastisk beliggenhet
Fantastisk beliggenhet med katedralen rett over veien ,i gamlebyen og med shopping og masse spisesteder rett utenfor døra. Ble tatt imot av en veldig hyggelig vertinne. Kommunikasjon i forkant var også meget bra. Leiligheten har alt du trenger og var veldig ren og ryddig.

Jätte bra läge på lägenheten! Mitt i centrum och nära till allt. Rummet va väldigt fint, dock mindre bra var att vi upptäckte silverfiskar i badrummet vilket tyder på fuktskador?? Ganska äckligt, så det förstörde lite men annars va det över lag bara bra!

Kein Strand, keine Stille - besser geht‘s nicht
Die Borne Suites waren noch viel besser als erhofft, weil sehr zentral gelegen und unschlagbar für einen kurzen Stadturlaub. Wer in Palma strandbaden will, hat hier verloren, und wer urlaubsruhig schlafen will, wird toben vor Wut. Wir haben am Reina-Platz genau das gefunden, wonach uns zumute war, und deshalb: muchas gracias!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt für tolle Tage in der Stadt, direkt in der Nähe der Kathedrale und am Meer...die Geräusche des Nachtlebens und morgens Straßenreinigung und Müllabfuhr haben wir gern in Kauf genommen.Wir würden sofort wieder hier wohnen wollen.

Très bonne situation avec toutes commodites et très belle sur la cathédrale de Palma. De part cette belle situation, c’est le parking à côté où on peut se garer . Ce parking coûte à la journée 27 euros .

Kaikinpuolin täydellinen kaupunkiloman majoituskohde. Sijainti hyvä, huoneisto oli siisti ja hyvin varusteltu. Jos jotain miinusta täytyy mainita, niin kadulta kuului meteli suht selkeästi sisälle, samoin huoneistojen välinen äänieristys voisi olla parempi. Jos vielä Mallorcalle matkustan, niin tämä on varteenotettava vaihtoehto majoitusta etsiessä.

Séjour en famille pour visiter Palma.
Super emplacement, en peu bruyant...normal quand on est si proche de toutes les activités. Dommage que la responsable (sympathique) n est pas agit malgré mon coup de fil pour lui signaler une alarme qui fonctionnait mal. Malgré mon coup de fil vers 16:00 celle-ci n a rien fait et l alarme à sonné toute la nuit occasionnant une légère nuisance pour s endormir...heureusement qu on avait nos bouchons d oreilles. L appartement et spacieux et bien tenus.

Sehr zentrale Lage, trotzdem nicht übermäßig laut. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ebenso Restaurants und Läden. Für die Dusche wäre ein thermostatmischer sinnvoll wegen Verbrühungsgefahr. Ansonsten sehr gut ausgestattet.

Zentral gelegenes Apartment mitten in der Altstadt
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es war na zu den Tapas was Unna zur Kathedrale, na zum Meer und man konnte mit dem Bus wunderbar bis zum Flughafen fahren eine tolle Sache. Würden wir jedem empfehlen. Freundliches Personal sauber ordentlich Supermarkt in der Nähe

Réservé si vous aimez hyper centre et confort.
Emplacement au top même si nous avons eu une frayeur : le taxi ne connaissait pas l’hôtel alors qu’il est en face de la station taxi... Équipement complet et moderne. Accueil autonome et organisé à l’avance via whatsapp : codes... Et très appréciable le petit balcon.

Läget är utmärkt bredvid katedralen, gamla stan, shopping med ett stort utbud av kvalitativa prisvärda restauranger. Nära hamn med bussar och bra promenadstråk. Lägenhet med bra kök/utrustning. Lugnt under nätterna.
