Perfect home for exploring Pollensa
A really well presented and comfortable home, a few minutes from the main plaza. Xisco the owner was there to meet us when we arrived and was very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended and we will definitely return here.

Perfect location
We were on Mallorca for some post-season cycling. Knowing Pollença to be an excellent base for cycling this property was ideally positioned for cycling in and out whilst also being perfectly located for strolling to a choice of town centre restaurants and bars. Xisco was a great communicator and the house was perfect for a group of up to 4 friends who each want their own space - with 2 of the bedrooms having their own private terrace for a post-cycling sunbathed sleep! We conveniently kept our bikes in the large open plan living / dining space on the ground floor Would stay here again.

Wonderful townhouse, great location
We had a wonderful week at this property as it was ideally suited to walk to the centre of town easily but far enough away to be peaceful. Xisco was a brilliant host and made us feel very welcome. All the bedrooms were a good size with plenty of storage and the top floor suite was very spacious with an amazing balcony, generous bathroom and plenty of closet space. The ground floor was modern, open plan and light and a cool respite from the heat of the day. The outside area was a peaceful sun trap for lounging and dining and the pool was just the right size for cooling off in with a good book. I would definitely book this again.

Great house, great location
An excellent property ideally located in Pollença old town. Great size rooms with generally plenty of space for 6-8 adults. Xisco communicated very well before, during and after.

Excellent stay in town
Our stay over the December holidays was excellent. Xisco was a fantastic host and was very responsive to all of our needs. The house was as pictured—kitchen was well appointed, great space in the living/dining room. The bedrooms were big and all had nice closets. The master bedroom balcony is amazing. We had drinks there every afternoon. The heating for the house worked perfect. Too cold for the pool, but it looked nice. Hope to stay there again when we come back.

Schönes Stadthaus in zentraler Lage!
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Objekt genossen. Vor allen Dingen die geringe Entfernung zu den Restaurants und Geschäften hat uns sehr gefallen. Der Weg zum Parkplatz betrug ca. 4 Minuten und war für uns immer ein kleiner Spaziergang. Wir bedanken uns bei Xisco, der gerne für Fragen bereitstand.

El alojamiento satisface todas tus necesidades, todas las comodidades, muy buena ubicación y total disposición del propietario. Sólo a falta de algunos detalles, de limpieza en baños y de útiles en la cocina, para ser perfecto. Volveríamos sin duda.

Toller Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Stadthaus
Wir waren als 5 - köpfige Familie eine Woche in dem Haus. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr nett empfangen und allerlei zum Haus erklärt. Die Räume entsprechen den Fotos, alles ist in einem top Zustand und sehr gepflegt. Alles funktionierte tadellos, zu Fuß konnten wir sehr schnell die schöne Altstadt mit netten Geschäften und guten Restaurants erreichen. Man wohnt mitten im Mallorquinischen Flair. Das Auto muss etwas abseits geparkt werden, es ist aber jeden Morgen ein schöner Spaziergang durch die Gassen des Ortes. Wir haben in dem wirklich fantastischen Haus einen super Urlaub verbracht. Nochmals vielen Dank an die Vermieter.

Ubicación perfecta y casa muy bien equipada.
Nos ha gustado mucho nuestra estancia en esta casa. Ubicación muy céntrica en este encantador pueblo. Casa muy nueva y bien equipada. Solo una pega y es que el wifi no llega al último piso. Por lo demás todo fenomenal.
