"Only stayed one night prior to an early morning flight. Superb modern clean hotel but it's the location which makes it a winner for us. The convenience is second to none. Will be back everytime we have an early morning flight.."

"Just an overall very pleasant stay, in such a characterful building; amazing the room considering this. I had a lovely view, out of the window at the river and the old Thames Sailing Barges. The Staff couldn't do enough for you, helpful, friendly and considerate. I stayed for 3 nights and I would defy anybody if they could eat 3 Full English Breakfasts. I didn't get hungry again till well into the evening. The bar had a nice feel to it, and was well stocked, for the thirsty traveller. I would like to take the opportunity to thank all the staff, for making my stay, so enjoyable"

"The hotel was lovely, beautiful location and surrounding. Unfortunately there was wedding, birthday parties and event on and the we felt the service was slow. It took a while for someone to come over to our table, or take orders. We had to go to the bar to order more drinks, everything just took so long. For dinner, had to ask 2 staff for mustard, and the steak sauce came as the steak was nearly finished. I can only assumed dues to the busy weekend that services was less attentive, but staff are polite and friendly, breakfast was fantastic and service were great. I would still recommend this hotel."
