"Stayed at the Parkroyal Collection in a Club Room. The room was excellent and serviced to a high standard. The Club facilities were good and offered a selection of food in the evening and at breakfast. Choice of complimentary drinks was good. The staff went above and beyond. Thanks to Kapil, Jessica, Shirell, Henry. Jon. Nicky. Kushal and Summit for their attentive service. Thanks also to the staff in the Botanist Bar for the great service. I would recommend."

"Great location, staff, breakfast, clean big room with good facility. We had a power issue on 31Jan where it went off for about 3min and then came back on automatically. I reported to the front desk about half to 1 min into the blackout. The important thing is how the staff managed after I reported which was excellent. The problem was identified by technician within 5 to 10min and a new replacement room was found and we were transferred within 30min. Staff were curteous and helpful appologetic even though the fault was not foreseeable or preventable. I received a letter of apology and some token presents (niblies and a bottle of sparkling water) which was very much appreciated. Power fault was bad but the way the staff handled it was great. I would stay there again - no issues."

"A receptionist at the front desk was so kind. He generously offered me free upgrade. A view from my room was amazing with twin tower just in front of , nothing in the way!!! He also allowed me not paying deposit since i only had a debit card. I’m so grateful all for that. The room is clean and spacious with comfy bed"

"I stayed at this hotel for four nights and had a very pleasant experience overall. I’ve stayed here before and continue to appreciate the consistent standards across the brand, which is one of the reasons I keep coming back. The room was very clean and comfortable, with an excellent bed that made for great nights of sleep. The bathroom and shower were spotless, and everything felt well maintained. The hotel’s in-room technology, controlled via an iPad, is a nice concept and generally worked well, although there were a couple of minor technical hiccups during the stay. The staff was responsive and addressed any issues promptly, which I appreciated. Breakfast was very good, with a nice selection and everything I needed to start the day. Overall, this was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would happily choose this hotel again on a future visit."
