"Close to late night fun. Did laundry, ate at 2 restaurants, took advantage of amazing rooftop. Buffett brunch was 100% worth the price, you can pay for brunch at check-in and just bring QR code receipt to dine. 7eleven (inside hotel) is right near laundry room if u need a cocktail waiting for dryer."

"A different track (parallel) from the main Midosuji line but you can get around almost entirely underground to other stations (good for those rainy days)… great hotel location once you know the stops and the exits (exit 3 of Kitahama station) that take you to the front door (quite a few steps going up to the hotel from the station so be mindful if you are travelling with heavy luggage). Attentive staff and nice large waiting area in the lobby. Also loved having a room with a shower only and no bath tub to get in and out of (good for the older/bigger peoples). with gratitude,"

"Very nice facilities, clean and spacious room. There were laundry machines in the building which it was very convenient. It is super well located and very close to Osaka station. The bathroom in the top floor was really nice a hot tub big and showers .. it was good quality price ratio. I would recommend to anyone to stay at this hotel! Snacks and coffee really good too!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"All the staff were so incredibly friendly. From the front desk to the waiters, everyone was so helpful. Room was premium with great views of Osaka. It was surprisingly quiet considering the busy roads the building is situated in. Breakfast at the executive lounge was included in our stay and was great. Washer and dryer was very useful for our long stay in Japan. Location is okay, but the train stations aren't too far away to get to different spots."

"We had a wonderful stay here! The location is fantastic, with the metro and train stations just underneath the hotel, and Dotonbori is within easy walking distance. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!"
Candeo Hotels Osaka The Tower

"Overall ok - noticeable wear and tear in the room and around the property. It was marketed as a luxury property on Expedia but did not feel luxurious - Cheap finishes and tacky alarms/ signs warning guest not to steal the polyester loungewear provided. Of the 4 properties we stayed at on our recent trip, this was our least favorite. View from room was spectacular and the room was clean but overall, would not revisit or recommend."
Namba Oriental Hotel

"So well located to plenty of places to eat and soak in the vibe, yet the rooms are quiet. It was worth getting the lounge access - a nice place to retreat to as required. The laundry room was amazing - such a well appointed and tranquil spot while you are keeping on top of chores - even had a coffee machine in there. The use of the washer and dryer were free, which is an absolute bonus. The hotel is a short walk to the subway - we were practically undercover the whole time while moving between transport and the hotel. Loved our stay here - would definitely recommend."
