We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.  
  
Welcome to Sauco, a stylish 65-square-meter haven situated in the heart of Centro, surrounded by scenic architecture and museums, offering you a delightful fusion of culture and comfort. After a day of taking in the sites of Madrid, come home to Sauco for absolute indulgence.  
  
This thoughtfully designed residence features two bedrooms, each graced with queen-size beds, ensuring a peaceful and rejuvenating night's sleep. The single bathroom, with its contemporary design, complements the overall aesthetic of the apartment.  
  
Sauco boasts an open-plan living room and kitchen, creating a seamless flow between spaces. The chic design of the apartment is characterized by a neutral color palette, while pops of green from strategically placed plants add a touch of freshness and vibrancy. The living room is a versatile area, featuring an entertainment system for relaxation, a dedicated workstation for productivity, and a dining table for shared meals.
