Everything was perfect , check in , staff courtesy willingness to make your stay wonderful and pleasant , I enjoyed every aspect of my stay , the breakfast had great selection , the location is near mall and very close to bus so transportation was easy , I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back , thank you for making my stay memorable

The property is close by a shopping mall, so it was very convenient for doing some shopping, or a nice meal or to go to the cinema. Also close to public transportation that can take you to Madrid Centro. Clean and mostly quiet. Very recommendable.

Great spot and worth the money.

Very nice hotel, clean comfortable and well located, easy connection to centro with E1 bus. Nice mall at walking distance. Breakfast was great and the 24hrs free coffee and drinks is much appreciated. The people who work there were nice helpful and prompt. Overall a great experience. Definitely recommend.

Great Hotel Overall

Great hotel overall! Very clean and modern, breakfast was really good, and there is complimentary coffee and croissants in the hotel lobby at all times. The city center is easily accessible using public transport, and a taxi/uber ride is really quick as well.

B&B Hotel Carabanchel Great stay! The staff were welcoming, especially the kind ladies at reception. Clean and cozy rooms, excellent breakfast, and a 24-hour coffee and hot chocolate machine—perfect for the cold weather. Convenient location near transport, Madrid city center, and the Islazul outlet for shopping. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed my stay. Property was quiet and safe. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Not a busy area but big shopping mall near by full of restaurants and stores. My only complaint was I had lukewarm water to shower. Other than that I would definitely recommend if you need a simple and affordable place to stay.

The staff was very welcoming, helpful and professional. Would recommend it. The only things that need improvement are: 1) the bread toasting area. It is located in a corner that obstructs the flow during breakfast. 2) A makeup mirror would be a useful addition.
