The rooms were clean with soap and shampoo dispensers. The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast bar was top notch. The mall was within walking distance. Two recommendations: a second trash in the bedroom area and an ice machine in the hotel would have been nice.

Great Hotel Overall

Great hotel overall! Very clean and modern, breakfast was really good, and there is complimentary coffee and croissants in the hotel lobby at all times. The city center is easily accessible using public transport, and a taxi/uber ride is really quick as well.

The property is close by a shopping mall, so it was very convenient for doing some shopping, or a nice meal or to go to the cinema. Also close to public transportation that can take you to Madrid Centro. Clean and mostly quiet. Very recommendable.
