The young lady working the front desk was super nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, when I checked into my room, there was a few items left behind by the housekeeping staff. I know they recently went under a rebrand from Saunder so the marketing is a little bit confusing. I only stayed for one night so I did not utilize any amenities. It is essentially located and easy to walk to different music venues like Ford Field and Saint Andrews Hall.

The problem I had was getting an iron for my clothes. Then once I got one and started ironing there were five people knocking on the door ready to throw us out of the hotel because they thought we were smoking. And it was smoke coming from the iron.
