Great accommodation, handily placed for shops and beach, check in was easy and parking available. Recently refurbish so everything was modern, clean and functioning, I'd certain recommend and will be using the accommodation again when we visit St Annes

This is a wonderful place to stay. It has a car park at the rear and 3 parking spots at the front. It is very secure with a personal PIN provided before book in for the doors. Very clean and smart. Big comfy bed in room 6 anyway. Nice little kitchenette. Fridge, kettle, coffee machine. Lovely shower. If I had to pick fault it would be the awful washing up liquid. What a find ! This hotel was one of the best we have stayed at . The welcome was warm and friendly , nothing was too much trouble . Our breakfast was delicious and we loved how different times were available. The hotel offered an earlier check in time than many others and check out is 12 o clock which means on a weekend away you can manage a lie in and a long leisurely breakfast which was just what we needed . A chance conversation outside of a building turned into the discovery of a gem of a place. Newly refurbished and opened on the day I had that encounter with Dave, the manager. The room was spotless with a very comfortable bed. Already looking forward to my next visit.

just returned from a one night stay at the arthington hotel we probably stay in blackpool 2-3 nights a year and stay at different hotel as we usually find them just ok. From meeting the owners to leaving we could not fault this hotel at all it was spotlessly clean, quiet, every thing we need was in the room and breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and of high quality food . My wife and I came to Blackpool for the weekend and stayed at the beverley hotel. The weather was great, Blackpool was great, but what really made our weekend memorable was our stay at the beverley hotel. We can not thank the owners enough for going out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The room was great, the breakfast was fantastic and the price was the icing on the cake. We can not thank you enough!!!!

Lovely hotel, really welcoming and friendly. The location was perfect as its the quieter end of town, but a easy walk to the yram stop round the corner. Loved it and will definitely be back.

Renovated in the past couple of years the property was in good nick. Nice decking out front looking towards the sea to sit on. The room we had was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Nice roomy shower with decent water pressure. Breakfast was excellent value god money and very tasty. Only bit of criticism is lack of parking space if the hotel is busy.

Couldn't fault it. Excellent hosts. Will definitely return.

I had a lovely stay at Aberley House, whilst taking in 2 days golf at Royal Birkdale for the British Open. The location was great and just a 10 minute walk to the train station and local amenities. Plenty of parking available and I found the property very clean and the host was very helpful. The games room was an extra bonus. Breakfast was very good and I would stay here again if in the area.

We had such a relaxing time. Just what was needed before heading back to work next week. The Aqua thermal journey was amazing- a whole two hours with no phone, no conversation just me and my thoughts. Bliss! The food was delicious and the staff were just lovely, so welcoming and friendly. Our room was beautiful and so comfortable. We paid for this with our Tesco Clubcard voucher so our whole stay cost £79 for dinner bed and breakfast for 2 nights.

Stayed in the Victoria Suite overlooking the front. Large room, huge bathroom, everything spotless. Great shower, comfortable bed and good wifi in the room. Supplied with tea, coffee, biscuits and bottled water. Great breakfast and food in the bar in the evening was good. Staff really friendly. Absolutely no complaints at all will definitely stay again when in the area

Great warm welcome from friendly owners. Can tell they are pssionate about this business. Spotlessly clean. Excellent breakfast. Away from the hustle and bustle of South Blackpool but so close to public transport links and the front gives it a nice relaxed atmosphere without feeling like your in the middle of nowhere. Wonderful place.
