Wonderful stay, part of a longer trip. Would definitely stay again.

Great night in the New Forest. Friendly staff and fantastic food. Room on ground floor was really comfortable and super clean. It was a wet windy day in New forest so perfect excuse to sit in the comfy bar and enjoy the atmosphere. Thoroughly recommend.

The staff, Receptionists in particular could of of been more friendly or helpful. Most comfortable bed. Lovely clean room. Excellent breakfast (maybe a little early for some) Location is great as lots of unique shops and eateries within a few hundred yard. Only downside is constant traffic noise. Excellent apart from that

Amazing for families, lots of space to play and run. Pools were great. Food lovely.

Lovely spacious comfortable room, very clean and beautifully quiet. Tea and coffee supplies locally sourced where possible as were a lot of items on the menu. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the hotel and really enjoyed everything. Bar well stocked with an excellent range. Attentive lovely staff, who know how to be in stealth mode and not interrupt while you’re in full swing of conversation. The room was great. There is a breakfast room downstairs which is open all of the time to get coffee and tea etc. We were leaving on a Sunday morning around 8am before breakfast started, but the staff were really helpful and put some food out ready for us (cereal and milk was already out anyway). The pub is lovely next door

Always friendly welcome efficient staff nothing is a trouble attitude. Hotel is always clean and warm I stay here regularly when I can and it never falters

Very welcoming with helpful and friendly staff. Good and varied dinner menu and a good choice selection of cooked or light breakfast. Location is out of the way down narrow lanes but the pretty village setting is both quiet and peaceful.

Had a lovely stay in this apartment . It was excellent. Very very clean and comfortable, with everything you could need and a lot of little extras. Just a couple of steps over to the clifftop in Barton on sea. Would definitely stay again.

This was our first stay at the hotel-although we had stayed at Pennyhill Park. Three adults and a small Maltese Terrier with adjoining rooms for a five night stay. We found the hotel to be absolutely brilliant. Customer service was first class and could not be faulted. The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean-bathroom toiletries were replaced daily. More importantly our dog was welcomed throughout the hotel which meant that we could have him with us at breakfast and supper in the bar. The...

Had a lovely stay at this hotel . The room we stay in was charming , on a small size but fine . We had a lunch there , unfortunately one of the main course was not up to standard and it was deal with professionalism . Later that evening the bar was kept open late into the night . All in all a nice hotel to stay in . We recommend it .

Fantastic stay at this hotel. A real gem and the restaurant Jetty is superb. Staff very attentive, always available and courteous. I will be gladly come back.
