Had a lovely stay at this hotel . The room we stay in was charming , on a small size but fine . We had a lunch there , unfortunately one of the main course was not up to standard and it was deal with professionalism . Later that evening the bar was kept open late into the night . All in all a nice hotel to stay in . We recommend it .

Lovely spacious comfortable room, very clean and beautifully quiet. Tea and coffee supplies locally sourced where possible as were a lot of items on the menu. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the hotel and really enjoyed everything. Bar well stocked with an excellent range. Attentive lovely staff, who know how to be in stealth mode and not interrupt while you’re in full swing of conversation. i received excellent service from attentive staff. my loft room was small but well- appointed.

We arrived on the Friday afternoon, they let us check in at 2.30pm even though check in isn't until 3pm as our room was ready! The room was great, very clean and we brought our dog with us, they even provided a dog bowl and food mat for him- which we where very impressed with.. the whole weekend was just suburb, all the staff where great and nothing was to much trouble, they even let us have breakfast in the lounge area so that our dog could sit with us. We would defiantly go back!

Amazing for families, lots of space to play and run. Pools were great. Food lovely.

Had a lovely stay in this apartment . It was excellent. Very very clean and comfortable, with everything you could need and a lot of little extras. Just a couple of steps over to the clifftop in Barton on sea. Would definitely stay again.

The staff, Receptionists in particular could of of been more friendly or helpful. Most comfortable bed. Lovely clean room. Excellent breakfast (maybe a little early for some) Location is great as lots of unique shops and eateries within a few hundred yard. Only downside is constant traffic noise. An amazing experience and will definitely be returning. Every single employee treated me and my partner well and they went abohe and beyond to ensure we had a good stay. The food was fantastic and the best steak i have ever eaten. Big shoit out to Paul who worked there on making us feel at home.

Amazing hotel and spa and have been a number of times. Stayed for two nights and had an amazing spa day with two treatments. Decided to upgrade to a superior garden twin room which was adequate but if I was being extra picky there are a couple of observations that would have improved the room itself. There was no safe or full length mirror and the wardrobe and draw space were tiny also there was nowhere to sit in front of a mirror to apply makeup and dry our hair. Lovely location and stunning property. Huge rooms and great facilities. Staff very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Will definitely be back next time we stay in the New Forest!
