"Great hotel but the no AC was not something I was made aware of in the room description."

"Stayed four nights. The first night we were in the room turned tv on for a bit the off and went out, came back and tv wouldn’t come on, called desk and guy came up and said cord was too short and came unplugged. At 06:50am the fire alarm in the room started shrieking for 3-4 minutes and the message came later saying false alarm. Same morning the sink stopper in bathroom didn’t work, couldn’t fill sink, got it fixed 2 days later. Bathtub/ shower was not good, turn the shower on and within 3minutes the water was half way up your calf because the drain pipes are too narrow and takes 3 minutes or more to drain. We won’t be back."

"I have never stayed in a hotel that offers a free beverage in exchange for saving the planet by minimising laundry. It’s an amazing concept which I would have opted for regardless, so very nice touch. It made me feel like you appreciate my business. Hotel is at the Center of activity. Few minutes walk to shops, bus station, museums, nightlife and restaurants. Very impressed by the entire experience. Thank you"

"Property was very comfortable. Spacious room and good value for the price. The biggest let down was the staff. It was difficult to find the valet every time I needed the car and, on the first day that I was seated for the complimentary breakfast, no server ever came to my table. Beyond that, the property is as advertised, has several amenities with good offerings for food on site. There were many activities for people of all ages to where this property would be very family friendly."
