"Stay was good"

"We had a red-eye flight and the host was willing to let us check in early. As luck would have it, our plane was diverted and we had to drive to Ohio for hours. We had some difficulting getting in, the door stuck and the keyless entry wouldn't work. There was alot of rain in the area, so that may have aided in the door swelling. There was an odor in the home, but not overbearing but our clothes did smell like it when we got home. The house cold down nicely, which was a huge plus and the shower...

"I had a very relaxing stay at Ruby's place. The house is well-equipped with amenities, very clean and beds are extremely comfortable. And Ruby is a very welcoming host, always prompt and courteous. Will definitely visit again."

"Visiting the Toledo/Maumee area, this home was a great "home base" for our travels. Everything was clean and checkin was easy. Nice quiet neighborhood, with convenience of restaurants and grocery nearby. Easy access to highways for travel. Would rent this home again!"

"The house was exactly as listed. Very clean and ready for us to move right in. Check in was easy. Check out was easy too. We had communication with the owner the entire time and he even came out to help us with a door issue. We had plenty of space so everyone could spread out if they felt the need. The house is close to everything. The street is a very busy street, so getting in and out of the drive was a bit tricky but nothing you don't experience anywhere else. No temperature gauge and the room cold outside the covers. Check in was simple, I was contacted by the owner through email when I arrived, they seemed helpful. "We were in town for our son's graduation at UT Law School. The house is well stocked, beautifully decorated and plenty of room for a large family. We had 6 stay with us and 4 others at a local hotel. We had plenty of room for a family breakfast. Everyone talked about how comfortable the beds were. We loved the house and the location was in a quiet neighborhood but just 67 minutes from campus and close to other attractions. Highly recommend! "If your in town for a short period, this is a good place to use. Host pays attention to the small details. I will use this place if available whenever I am in town."

"Poor communication, changed our location twice once on within the hour of checking in, causing us to check in later than planned. House was not clean, and in addition to that, the previous tenants left food and trash. There were broken and damaged items that made it unacceptable for young children, only six bath towels provided & 4 wash cloths even though we booked for 7 people. "David and Erika were excellent hosts in every way. Erika greeted us when we arrived and Dave was concerned and offered his assistance in multiple ways, far exceeding expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The house was filled with snacks, the fridge stocked and all other essentials were more than ample. This rental and property was the best by far in comparison to all other rentals we’ve encountered over the years."
