Cozy and comfortable cottage 1 block from Lake Erie! Fully renovated in May 2023. Accommodates 7 comfortably with one full bed, 1 bunkbed, 1 twin bed and 2 sofas that convert into full size beds. There is also a grill for cookouts after a day at the beach or an evening on the town! This fully renovated house offers all the amenities you could want for your stay. My husband and his friends from Iowa stayed here and said it was perfect. It was close to boat launches.

Limited parking for boat and truck
The house has been remodeled there was mice poop in the cupboards as well as the silverware drawers back door handle was busted the toilet hardly flushed TV is nothing but streaming the grill tank was empty and the bed are for children and it was almost impossible to get a hold of the property managament
