"There are many "positives" about this apartment. The price is excellent. The location in a residential neighborhood is a short walk from the train and the old town and there are multiple grocery stores nearby. "ICE packs for medicine need to be placed in the freezer not the refrigerator. The front desk person was asked to place two ice packs into the hotel freezer so they would be ready for our journey back home. They were not frozen in the morning and expensive medicine had to be disposed of. Train your front staff better please. Do as the customer asks."

"Conveniently located just outside Lübeck's north city portal, Burgtor. It's just a few minutes walk into the altstadt with churches, squares, passageways, courtyards, and a variety of beautiful gabled buildings. Loved the breakfast at the hotel and the rainwater shower head. There are a limited number of free outdoor parking spaces which I luckily obtained. Lübeck is wonderful."
