Be aware that you need a smartphone/access to your email and internet in order to open your room! The optional breakfast was at a nice vegetarian cafe in the old city centre, but they don't open until 10:00! (Each room comes with a Fuji Instax camera and one free roll of film.) The property is very close to the train station and in walking distance to Lübeck old town. Parking in front of the house is limited. The rooms get really hot during the summer months due to the lack of air conditioning. Communication with property manager via text message is a bit slow. This is a NO reception hotel. Doors at BOB W are opened from your phone and you are required to do online check-in before that works. Hotels dot com did not provide an online check-in link, and the phone number to “contact host” was invalid. And BOB W was inresponsive to requests via mail or via Hotels dot Com “contact host”. So we couldnt get in. Spent more than hour on that. I was i. A state of “we have been cheated” and was starting to look up alternatives. Extremely anoying situation. Why didnt BOB W send me the check-in link together with the welcome e-mail ? Standing in front of the hotel door was valid phone number and a friendly person helped. Vi manglede en ekstra karklude og viskestykke. Der var kun 4 parkeringspladser til hele hotellet - men god vejledning om hvor man kunne parkerer mod betaling. Brandalarmen gik et sted på hotellet en aften, men der kom hurtigt en og fiksede det. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Lediglich das mit gebuchte Frühstück würde ich zukünftig auslassen. Alles wie beschrieben. Es gibt zwar keine Rezeption, aber die braucht man auch nicht weil du alle Informationen bekommst und nicht alleine gelassen wirst. Es wird immer gefragt ob alles okay ist und du noch etwas brauchst. Es läuft hier halt alles Digital.Ich kann nur sagen das das auch für mich eine neue Erfahrung war. Sehr gute und Schöne Unterkunft gerne wieder. Der Einzige Kritikpunkt ist das Parken mit dem Auto. Es gibt nur 4 Stellplätze vor dem Hotel und die sind meistens belegt. Auch darauf zu kommen oder Zugeparkt zu werden ist nicht optimal. Alt omkring værelser var godt og flere stjerner samlet set, hvis det ikke var for utrolig langsom og manglende response på henvendelser omkring manglende tjek-in instruks før ankomst. Langsom response på beløb i refusion pga. downgrade. Utrygt med manglende response (1 uge) grundet travlhed (!!). Ellers fint og god service omkring værelset fra housekeeping med lille personligt kort og chokolade. Vi boede i en 2 rums lejlighed med trappe til en stor terrasse hvilket var over vores forventning. Lejligheden er moderne indrettet i en god kvalitet. Gode senge med godt læselys og god lydisolering. Hotellet ligger i gåafstand til centrum og meget tæt på banegård og busterminal. Det var let at finde billig parkering i nærheden. Ind- og ud-checkning via sms fungerede uden problemer. Även dörrarna öppnas med telefonen. Det är lite annorlunda men kanske en vanesak. Lite vanskligt då man är beroende av att nätet och telefonen fungerar som det skall vilket är lite så och så i Tyskland. Riktigt fräsch dusch! De hade lite saker man kunde låna/köpa. Det var oklart vad tanken var med dessa.
