"Lovely stay, food delicious, staff friendly and attentive without being too much. We stayed in a delux double which was a great room but it’s around the back of the castle which needs some tlc - weeds we’re growing, uneven steps, and a random grubby area near the door to the spiral staircase to our room. This area had some bar tables but no stools- felt a bit forgotten about and tainted the special feeling of staying in castle."

Lovely patio area with table, chairs if staying in the summer. Check out is too early at 10.00am could do with another hour in the morning. Would probably stay again if in the area."
