The location and parking is great. You do get some noise from the other flats, slamming doors etc but overall it was a great stay. Towels/hand wash/moisturiser/hairdryer/toilet rolls included. Wifi included. Morrisons daily opposite apartment. Very central for everything. We were there for our daughters graduation taking place at Gloucester Cathedral - it's an ideal location to walk everywhere. Apartment has underfloor heating. Fans provided. Straightforward departure, just lock keys back in lock box and the automatic gate sensors recognise the car is infront of the gates to leave, they open automatically for you to drive out. Owner contacted us within a few hours of departure to confirm the £200 damage waiver return. It was deposited in our bank straight away & before we arrived home. Lovely apartment.
