5/5 Excellent
"The disabled access room was excellent, the buffer breakfast was very good.
Only issue with the hotel was the room telephone did not work, despite best efforts of staff. Had to use reception desk phone to call my bank overseas.
Fettykill restaurant next door was a disaster, was refused dinner on the 1st night, despite arriving 1hr before closing, because they had already shut kitchen at 8:30pm. 2nd Time despite booking table, most food was gone, food served cold, waitron never came back after serving food. Had to go to bar to order more drinks, restaurant manager surly and unhelpful. Not a good reflection on hotel."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We had a double city view room which was very clean, spacious and had a super comfy bed with great pillows. On check in we were advised to book a table for dinner as the hotel was very busy and so glad we did. The food was delicious and Jasmine was really attentive throughout the meal and even went out of her way to ensure my husband got his whisky in the style of glass he liked. "
