"We had a problem at check in as they didn't have a record of the booking OR confirmation that we had paid in advance, the reception staff were not very helpful in contacting E bookers for confirmation I had to insist! "This place was a disgrace to the name hotel and to hotel.com. The building is old and neglected and there is only one room for rental. The room is very dirty and very dark.
