The grounds and gardens around the hotel were beautiful and well maintained, but they can do a better job with the interior. The sheets had tears in them and the towels looked very worn. We were also informed that the wifi would not be working during our stay. All the rooms are located in one building, the walls are very thin so you can hear other guests talking and doors closing. The restaurant staff was very accommodative and obliged us with our special requests! We will highly recommend this hotel if anyone is planning to stay in Nuwara Eliya. NO negative comments at all.
