The staff is great. The tapas in the restaurant were great but most of all the super clean, spacious and very well decorated rooms and bathrooms. "My 2nd stay at Casa Aura and again it was completely faultless. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and so tastefully designed down to every detail. The staff are extremely helpful and went out of their way to organise airport transfers for me. Restaurants and shops are within a few minutes walk and the town is unspoiled and stunning. I highly recommend Casa Aura- you won’t find anywhere better in Vejer and won’t have any regrets if you book here. "

"My wife and I loved this hotel, we stayed half board for 5 nights. The gardens are beautiful, the food at the Buffett is delicious, staff are friendly and helpful. The food in dinner Buffett had a daily these and the quality was beyond any other hotels I have stayed at in Europe. There are 5 pools and plenty of sun beds. You can get great cocktails in the hotel bars. You can walk to the beach where there are several other bars. After 5 days we are very relaxed and happy we booked this hotel. "

A couple of annoying things:
1. Parking cost 20 euro per day. This is a lot in my opinion. Plenty of parking options just outside of the hotel. No one mentioned the cost of parking to us on arrival.
2. Costs of drinks at the bar. A tiny bottle of water and a soft drink was 7.40. Feels expensive.
The have “special” beds around the pool that are almost always empty yet they are taking a lot of prime space.
Personally I am not a big fan of dividing hotel guests into different classes when all staying in the same hotel. But for some this might be a plus.
Those are small things. Overall the hotel is lovely and rooms are decent size and the facilities are very good "
