    Located in a small rural hamlet the house is perfect for families
    It has three bedrooms, an open plan kitchen, dining / living area and a shower room.

Host Jose is very helpful, friendly, and approachable. The location in a rural village is ideal for relaxing. There are several small towns within 15 to 20 km. The house was the biggest downside; there is a lot of deferred maintenance and it is in need of a thorough renovation.

The house, garden and pool is very good. Perfect place to chill. The caretaker jose is also nice. We enjoed our holidays at this place

El mobiliario es muy antiguo, incluidas camas y armarios. En una habitación había un olor fuerte y persistente a marihuana junto a la ventana, las 24 horas, sin vecinos próximos que pudieran explicarlo. La limpieza nos pareció superficial: encontramos telarañas y había muchísimas avispas en la piscina durante el día. A la ducha le faltaba parte de la mampara y el agua salía fuera. Además, la casa acumulaba muchísimo calor: sin aire acondicionado ni apenas ventilación, tuvimos que dormir cada uno con un ventilador enfrente. Lo más preocupante ocurrió tras nuestra salida el 03/08. No se revisó la casa con nosotros presentes ni se nos comunicó ningún problema. Dos días después nos informaron de un cargo adicional por un supuesto daño en un sofá exterior. El cargo se efectuó y no recibimos la foto del daño hasta el 14/08. Nos parece un procedimiento muy poco transparente. Lo razonable sería revisar los daños antes de que los huéspedes se marchen o documentarlos inmediatamente. Al hacerlo después y sin nuestra presencia, no podemos saber si el daño ocurrió durante nuestra estancia, antes de llegar o después de irnos. No podemos afirmar que sea una práctica habitual, pero nos genera serias dudas. No estamos de acuerdo con pagar por un daño que no se ha demostrado que causáramos nosotros. Hemos cursado una reclamación a Expedía ya que nos sentimos desamparados y estamos a la espera de resolución por su parte. Esperamos que tengan en cuenta que la revisión se hizo sin nosotros.

Hervorzuheben ist aus unserer Sicht der Pool und die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft von José. Es gab genug Geschirr, Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank funktionierten gut. Das Auto konnte vor dem Tor geparkt werden. WLAM funktionierte gut.Ansonsten besteht unserer Meinung nach ein erheblicher Renovierungsstau. Dazu schreiben wir die Besitzerin direkt an.Was man wissen muss: DasHaus steht in einem Weiler mit wenigen Häusern. Vor dem Haus sind zwei Fußballtore. Man ist mitten im landwirtschaftlichen Dorfleben mit Ausbesserungen der Häuser durch die Bewohner und stundenlangem Hundegebell und engagierten Hähnen, die ab sehr früh am Morgen tätig waren.

La casa es amplia y cómoda, muy bien equipada, con todo lo necesario para pasar unas agradables vacaciones. El jardín y la piscina son maravillosos, perfectos para disfrutar de la sombra en verano y de la tranquilidad del campo, con varias zonas para disfrutar.de.una comida o cena l iré libre.

Chalet near Vejer

Wonderful location. Amazing pool. Very helpful caretaker. You will need a car but the beautiful beaches are within 20-30 minute drive.
