Its modern and cozy design has been carefully created to offer a comfortable, relaxing stay with everything you need to unwind by the sea. The house is situated almost at sea level, ensuring a mild and pleasant climate all year round. Just a few steps away you'll find Puerto Naos Beach, ideal for soaking up the sun, taking long walks, or simply enjoying the sunset. Almaré features one bedroom with a double bed, making it ideal for couples, and a fully equipped bathroom. The kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, coffee maker, small fridge, and all the necessary utensils to prepare your favorite meals. There is no dishwasher, but there is a washing machine, making it a practical option for longer stays as well. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Moderne, saubere und neue Wohnung in perfekter Lage im Ort. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, die Nachbarschaft ist nett. Die Ausstattung ist umfassend mit Strandhandtüchern, Sonnenschirm etc. Terrassen gut nutzbar. Es sind einige Einrichtungsgegenstände etwas unpraktisch. Es fehlen im Bad weitere Haken und Abstellregal, genug Platz ist vorhanden. Schuhabstellmöglichkeit und Garderobe sind nicht vorhanden und im Schlafzimmer fehlen ebenfalls Kleiderhaken und ein weiteres Sideboard als Schrankergänzung für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Einige Ausstattungsgegenstände wären verzichtbar zugunsten von hochwertigerem Toaster und Kaffeemaschine, die bedienerfreundlicher wären. Da aber alles neu und der Platz großzügig ist, ist alles keine größere Einschränkung.
