The shower was hot. The pool/hot tub were great especially after walking so much (Alcatraz, lol). The staff was incredible! I don't know if I will be able to write it correctly, to do them justice. Very welcoming, great suggestions for area restaurants/events, professional and authentic. For example, I requested an extra blanket. When housekeeping came up in less than 5 minutes, he had options to make sure I was all set. It was really the small things that seemed to set this hotel apart from others. We would stay here again without hesitation.
