★ Strictly registered Guests only.
★ Do not use your Vrbo profile for someone else.
★ Please respect our requirements. Do not give others who are not on the guest list access to the unit.
★ Unfortunately the Laundry room is off limits for Vrbo guest.
★ Absolutely No Downloading illegal Music, Movies, Video or Software, using Peer-to-Peer or Torrenting software.
Spectrum Internet will cut off service
★ No more than the number of people registered
★ No eating or drinking in the bed
★ Please do your dishes
★ No smoking at all inside.
No Marijuana, No weed Smoking In Unit At All, Period. If you do you will be asked to Leave.
( you can smoke in the backyard).
★ No alcoholic beverages drinking in back Yard, No underage drinking
  Do not remove our items from the unit.
  Do not disturb neighbors or others
★ Sheets and towels are included with your stay.
★ No Fake Tan = BYO Sheets
★ Turn off lights and AC/Heating when out of the property.
★ Turn of staircase lights please when not in use.
★ Check-in at 3 p.m. check-out 10 a.m.
★ Absolutely No Loud or blasting music No Parties or Events.
We appreciate having you as our guest and helping to enforce our house rules so that everyone can enjoy themselves.
★To access hot water, turn the knob fully to the left and let the water run for 1–2 minutes. This allows time for the hot water to reach the second floor, as the property uses a tankless water heater. Once the water is warm, adjust the temperature
★ Noise curfew after 10:00 p.m. is not allowed or before 10:00 a.m.
★ Do not give your keys to anyone else.
★ Lost Key fee $175.00 to re-key door lock.
★ Back Yard, No underage drinking.
★ No parking in driveway.
★ Street parking is available — no permit required.
★ No Blocking the driveway.
★ No guns or weapons are allowed in our outside of property.
★ Pet Policy Reminder
Pets are limited to dogs and cats and must be disclosed and approved in advance. As a courtesy, we kindly remind pet owners to ensure that pets remain off beds and sofas. Please note: A pet fee of $150 per pet per stay applies (maximum of 2 pets).
★ For food delivery: Please note you are in the back unit. Ask the driver to call you when they arrive so they don’t disturb the front house.
★The neighbor downstairs is a musician and has a harmless tea cup chihuahua who may bark from time to time.
★ No under aged kids allowed in unit alone.
★ If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to email or call.
★ Please don't put too much toilet paper down the toilet it will get clogged, If it will there is a plunger under the sink.
★ Please be polite and courteous to our neighbors and community.
