"Great stay. Thank you to Joy for her help and making such a great overnight stay for my fiancés 30th bday. Photos did not do the property justice it was so spacious including the ground floor balcony. We will be coming back and can’t wait. The food was great and so was the breakfast & pancakes!! "Regular annual visitors to this hotel so knew what to expect. Room was large and clean. Staff we came across were all very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast room was very well stocked there was a really wide choice from the buffet. River walk of about 15 mins into the city. Very quiet at night on this occasion. Onsite car parking is £25 per day. Check in agent did not ask for payment and when i asked i was told it was included which surprised me as it never used to be. I went back later and challenged them on this again and surprise another check showed it wasn't so an apology was given and £50 was taken. Failure to pay would mean a £100 fine later on so beware of this. Couldn't get a stable picture on any tv channel which was a little frustrating but then we weren't there to watch tv."
