We were provided with a fan which kept us really cool. I would recommend this place. "This is a very good hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. Plus points are location and the fantastic views across the bay. The rooms where large and very clean and comfortable. The restaurant food and service was excellent and the interior has an air of grandeur without being over the top. The main downsides are the exterior appearance, which is tired and needing some TLC. The pool was closed - I think this is a long term issue Balconies from our rooms were not open due to maintenance/safety issues although we were told this when we booked. Don't let this put you off, it is a great place to stay."
