This wonderful flat is slap bang in the heart of central London, close to fabulous restaurants, transport links and some of London’s main tourist attractions including St Paul’s Cathedral. It has recently been refurbished to a very high standard and there are two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fantastic open plan kitchen, dining and living room. This would be the perfect flat for up to 4 people looking for a spacious place to stay which is located in Central London.
The flat is located in a secure residential building on the 3rd floor which you can access via a lift. The building is a great example of Venetian Gothic architecture and has a storied history. It was originally built for Bradbury, Wilkinson & Co who were renowned engravers, printers of bank notes, postage stamps and share certificates.

LIVING AREA / KITCHEN / DINING AREA
The kitchen has everything that you would need if you fancy staying in one night and cooking a delicious meal. The kitchen has been fitted out with modern kitchen appliances and there are a variety of cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates, cutlery and glasses. You are welcome to use our Nespresso machine, which we will provide coffee pods for. There also a breakfast bar with two stools.
The dining table seats 4-6 people and has 4 comfortable upholstered chairs.
The living area has a sumptuous sofa and and two comfortable chairs. The burnt yellow chair adds a great pop of colour to the room. The 4K TV is a smart TV, allowing you to watch catch-up and on demand services, including Netflix along with Freeview channels.

BEDROOMS
Both of the bedrooms are of a good size. They both have king size beds, however the second bedroom bed can also be made up as two singles if requested. All of the beds will be spotlessly made up using hotel quality linen. There is plenty of space in the wardrobes to hang your clothes and store your belongings away. Both of the bedrooms have stylish propellor-style ceiling fans imported from America; a very rare feature in London apartments and a great way of keeping cool in summer and maintaining an even temperature in winter.

BATHROOMS
The modern family bathroom has a bath, separate walk in shower, bidet, basin and toilet. The other bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and basin. Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided for every guest.
Guest accommodation at this apartment offers coffee/tea makers and a hairdryer. Kitchens offer fridges, hobs, kitchenware and utensils and dishwashers.

Great place!
We had a short stay in the flat and it was a great location. Everything was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the instructions guide as it had some great recommendations for restaurants closeby and also some interesting history about the neighborhood and the building. The location was in a great area within walking distance to St Paul's Cathedral and the riverwalk area. We really enjoyed out stay and would recommend this place!

Very well located if you love diamonds
Spacious well equipped except for the lack of a mirror in the master bedroom ensuite where the taps in the sink are also problematic. Needs more instructions for the washing machine for anyone not familiar with British machines, ended up taking 5 hours for a load because they had to go through twice. When we went to put laundry in there was a dirty towel that the cleaner hadn't removed. The rooms with tile floors are great however the rest of the flat has very noisy laminate floors that squeak and squawk with every step. All that said I would consider staying again except for the communication problems with the management company Lavanda.

The place was really nice although the chair covers needed some cleaning as well as the sofa. The bathroom needed a mirror as well. A bit noisy because the construction across the street but great location.

Love this apartment!!
This apartment is amazing. It's a great location, right by a train station. There's a grocery store right up the street. Restaurants are easy to get to. The apartment itself is fabulous. Loved the layout. Had everything we needed. Perfect!!

Very nice place to stay
We were very happy with our accommodation at 25. The cleaner had not cleaned well from the last tennant who left phampletts.and papers in the bin however this is all done now and we would be happy to stay again. Thank you.
