Smoking, vaping or taking illegal substances in or around the property is strictly forbidden. For non-compliance you will be fined a minimum of £500 and you may be asked to leave. Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, so please be careful with them. There will be a £50 call out fee for any keys left/forgotten in the property.
