"The apartment in Chiavenna was perfect. Just about 50 yards from the train station, which was perfect because we arrived by train and we did don’t have a car. However, there is parking available. Close to hiking trails and many restaurants and shops. Paolo was great to deal with. Any questions we had, his response was prompt. We enjoyed our stay in Chiavenna and look forward to a return visit in the future and I would definitely look into staying at Paolo’s apartment again."

Toller Blick vom Balkon auf den Lago di Mezzola und die umgebenden Berge. Leider keine gute Schallisolierung zur Nachbarwohnung, aber da das in beide Richtungen gibt, stellt sich schnell Rücksichtnahme ein. Was auch etwas stört, sind nachts die Mopedfahrer und die Hunde der Nachbarschaft; Ohrstöpsel mitbringen! Ein Supermarkt und eine sehr gute Pizzeria und eine...

"Es war alles in Allem ein toller Aufenthalt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Bei kleinen Problemen am Mobiliar kam der Vermieter sofort zum reparieren. Der Blick von der Terasse, der Küche und dem Wohnzimmer aus ist wirklich so schön wie auf den Bildern. Sogar noch schöner, besonders Abends. Ein Ventilator wäre gut, wenn mal wieder italienische Hitze ist und Fliegengitter. Die Mücken sind ganz schön aggressiv dort. Mit Mückenspray und Stecker ging es einigermaßen. "This generously sized duplex apartment is clean, warm & spacious. It is conveniently located beside the Magnolta ski lift and directly beside the local public swimming pool which was ideal for us. There is a free daily ski bus shuttle that runs on a half hour basis throughout the day and this stops outside the swimming pool. The host is contactable and very pleasant to deal with. We would recommend this accommodation without hesitation. :-)"

"The appartment is very spacy, clean, well equipped and also very cosy. Due to the wooden blinds and the stone floor the appart was still cool while outside temperatures of 32 degrees and hence very suitable for dogs. The garden is also very large and has a magnificent view on the lake and mountains."
