Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement central du logement, idéal pour découvrir Loches. La literie était confortable et répondait à nos attentes.Cependant, certains points pourraient être améliorés pour un séjour plus agréable :La propreté de la cuisine laissait à désirer, notamment le réfrigérateur qui semblait vieillissant et le lave-vaisselle dont l’efficacité était limitée.Le logement gagnerait en confort avec quelques finitions : certaines portes ne fermaient pas correctement, la peinture du sol s’écaillait par endroits, et les rails de placo ainsi que les retouches de plâtre étaient visibles.Le ménage aurait pu être plus soigné dans l’ensemble des pièces.Au vu de ces éléments, nous avons trouvé le rapport qualité-prix un peu déséquilibré.
