The food was nothing short of amazing, with the Sunday carvery being a highlight – it's a hit with the locals too, so a tip for future guests: make sure to book in advance. "Recently refurbished rooms but small. The family room would have been better converted to a double room with a chair instead of a single bed squeezed in next to the double bed."
