"Great house for an extended family holiday. It worked for ages ranging from 48 to 5, including some special needs children. (But be aware, there are lots of stairs, so not really suitable for the physically disabled)The teenagers didn’t feel the WiFi was fast enough, but managed. More photos of the kitchen would be helpful, particularly the size of the fridge. More information about the parking situation would be useful, (before booking).There are lots of bathrooms, but due to the low water...

"The property is not maintained well, there was fur and smell of pets inside the property even on the bed. The WiFi connection is not working though the owner tried to support. The kettle in the kitchen is disgusting, we feared to boil water in it for our toddler. Property is good and comfortable 5 to 6 people. Location is also good to access famous tourist destinations. "

The property is well located for a visit to Abersoch and surrounding area being close to both beaches and shops, restaurants etc. The house itself is spacious and very clean and the kitchen has everything one would need for self-catering. The house had more than enough room for our whole group, with many different rooms for children and adults to gather. The pool room and bar were very popular. The large dining room allowed everyone to eat together. The children loved the large garden, the games and the BBQ were very welcome. We would highly recommend St Beuno House."

"Our stay was lovely, the cabin is so homely and doesnt feel like your in a cabin, its so cosy at night, decor is lovely. The owners we didnt meet but communication was good. Only criticism would be that there is an obvious problem with mould and a few things that could do with a tweek for example rusty toilet roll holder, chipped bath tub, bathroom floor and behind the toilet gets very wet due to condensation, pots and baking trays were not clean on arrival also struggled to wash up as we...

"House was clean and tidy and well-equiped. However, downstairs arrangements were cramped for four people and the main road outside was very busy and noisy. The parking was manageable but not easy (busy narrow road on a slope)."
