The Imperial was a lovely experience. It is a clean, friendly and convenient hotel. All the staff are superb and could not have been better. The menu is a little limited, but otherwise it is really good.

Large well equipped room- warm- very pleasant public rooms- good breakfast- quiet- good location- one of the best hotels we have stayed at in terms of comfort Wifi not strong in room Parking an issue Guests can't use changing rooms for pool and leisure facilities. Thus they are set up for public humiliation by having to walk through the hotel to the pool in tiny, revealing robes which the hotel admits have shrunk because of too hot washing. The hotel must either buy new robes or let guests use the changing rooms

Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, I asked if I could have a fridge in the room and when I returned to the room the fridge was there, no fuss just great service. The room we stayed in was the largest I’ve ever had in a hotel, and everything was clean and well looked after. Breakfast was great, I couldn’t find a fault with The Imperial, we will definitely be returning.

This hotel is always a great place to stay in Llandudno. Excellent location, excellent staff and food. They really look after you here. This time my wife and I travelled there on my motorcycle.. when we arrived the car park was full however the reception and management allowed me to park it in the staff bay. It’s those little things that make us go back time after time. Thanks as always, and see you in a couple of weeks.👍👍

Property was fantastic, really homely feel, needs a bit of updating but not offensive at all. Staff were superb and double room was everything you would expect, comfortable, warm, and clean with good views being on the 5th floor.

The room was large, nice bathroom but cold on arrival. We later found out there was a switch in the bedroom to turn the towel rail on. Draughty windows. Dated decor in the bedrooms but the bed was comfy. We wanted a lesuire break but were disappointed by the pool and facilities. If you are a guest, you cant use the changing rooms by the pool. You are expected to go down in a small lift, through the gym area and back passage to the pool. In a robe very small barely covered you. The jaccuzi was full of sand and over it electric wiring a rotted 8 x 4 wooden beam. H&S issue! Breakfast reasonable, We didnt eat dinner in the hotel, as not to our taste. Dessert £10. Over priced hotel, definately not a 4 star.

Absolutely loved everything about this hotel , very clean , pool jacuzzi & fitness part brilliant .Staff were very attentive , friendly nothing was to much trouble they went of there way to make you feel comfortable. Food outstanding, over all had a amazing stay cant wait to return 10 stars and more !!

Grand old dame of a hotel. I opted for a single room as the photo looked like there was a small double bed. Sadly the bed was single & of no weight at all, meaning I woke up often in the night with the bed moved about a foot from the wall; so not a comfortable night of sleep sadly. Everything else was ok.

This Hotel is a lovely place to stay. It’s beautifully kept, the staff are really lovely and hospitable and the food was really, really good. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed- it was perfect for a couple of days relaxing and exploring Llandudno. There are some really good places to eat close by too.

Myself and my 2 cousins have just returned from a fabulous 3 night stay at The Imperial Hotel! It was a great experience from arrival to departure. Very welcoming and cheerful staff on every occasion. From reception, to portering, cleaning, spa, bar and dining staff. Nothing seemed too much trouble for anyone. Janell in reception was very understanding and helpful with a room change which made our holiday all the more perfect! The hotel is lovely and clean and full of character and the food exceptional. Would definitely recommend a stay here and we hope to plan a return visit soon!

Faultless, relaxed stay
We couldn’t fault the Imperial at all. The room was well appointed and immaculate, with many little extras included for comfort, eg a shower robe, bottled water etc. The reception staff were outstanding, as were the bar and breakfast staff, all so pleasant and helpful. The dining area was beautifully presented and the breakfast itself, delicious. I think we were lucky with hotel parking, as it’s limited, but good alternatives are provided in the hotel details. The location of the hotel is also excellent, and affords wonderful views of Llandudno Bay, the Great Orme, and the pier. We paid a little extra for a front-facing room, and it was worth it. We will definitely return, and would recommend the Imperial to anyone.
