Poor quality rooms air conditioning didnt work, no bed side tables, why paper cups for hot drinks in your bedroom. Unattentive staff who would rather be on thier phones than attend to you. When you ask for champagne and get served sparkling wine as waiters think you dont know difference would never return, when you mention this to front desk oh would you like a coffee we must try harder next time, well there wont be

Good hotel, in great place
The hotel was good over all, but we got a room on the old wing, that was a little worn. The place of the hotel is very convenient. It is located on the ring, a few minutes from the center. From the hotel you can go on star tours in all directions.

Cleaning needs more attention
The location of the hotel is perfect for those with a car. Parking is available. The front desk service was excellent. The cleaning of the room was disappointing. There was hair on the hair drawer. The mirror were dirty. The shampoo and soap containers were empty. It felt like we are unexpected guests coming uninvited:(

This was our 2nd stay in a month. The hotel property and our room were spotless. The room was very comfortable, fantastic bed, pillows and large shower. Staff were extremely helpful and professional. Highly recommend.

OUTSTANDING
I stayed here for 4 nights and it was excellent. The room and outside property were extremely clean and well kept. The staff were the best Ive seen in a very long time. The best breakfast I’ve had in a long time from a hotel. I have stayed at other Sheratons, and all I can say is all other Sheratons can take lessons from this Sheraton.

I liked the Hotel's condition overall, while i didn't;t like the front desk's representatives attitude. The so call Upgrade, didn't take place and the room ha don TV functioning and no shower gel or minibar. The breakfast, better buy an apple form a gas station, it is more fresh and you could find a wider variety of products..

Lovely hotel. Service should be improved
I had booked the hotel for a stay in Ljubljana with my daughter, as part of our inter rail journey through Europe. It is lovely hotel, huge space, massive swimming pool and great breakfast. The biggest shame was how i douns the staff a bit judgemental. Me and my daughter arrived pretty sweaty after a nearly hour long walk from the station. The check in I found was a bit weird, reception guy kept asking for my bank card and couldnt fathom how the confirmation was made via hotel. com. Once checked into the hotel, he simple asked me to go to the room while there was a conceirge service and we could see a luggage holder and a service guy standing on the side. The second day of stay the room was not prepped, tea erc not replaced so had to ask for it. For such a good quality hotel, i believe the staff needs training in terms of being just polite and good to the clients. Sorry for having to pin point but its of utmost inportance guests feel welcome.

Great Hotel and Great Staff!!
Excellent hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet with a family of 6 was excellent and fuelled us perfectly for our remaining drive to Croatia.
