I had booked the hotel for a stay in Ljubljana with my daughter, as part of our inter rail journey through Europe.
It is lovely hotel, huge space, massive swimming pool and great breakfast.
The biggest shame was how i douns the staff a bit judgemental. Me and my daughter arrived pretty sweaty after a nearly hour long walk from the station. The check in I found was a bit weird, reception guy kept asking for my bank card and couldnt fathom how the confirmation was made via hotel. com.
Once checked into the hotel, he simple asked me to go to the room while there was a conceirge service and we could see a luggage holder and a service guy standing on the side.
The second day of stay the room was not prepped, tea erc not replaced so had to ask for it.
For such a good quality hotel, i believe the staff needs training in terms of being just polite and good to the clients. Sorry for having to pin point but its of utmost inportance guests feel welcome.
