Dear Mr. Boro, You have all the right to state your disappointed opinion, but then I would question an opinion in which many elements can be challenged. As far as your claim that 50 EUR was never returned to you we of course have reviewed our work practices and security accordingly. We take these allegations extremely seriously. We reviewed the camera footage on your arrival at the hotel and the footage clearly shows that the receptionist returned a 50 EUR banknote immediately when you checked into the hotel. You put the money in the wallet you kept in your backpack. On the spot, the staff at the reception offered a lot of help to find your misplaced banknote of 50 EUR, and you were also offered to call the police, which you refused. We wonder how it is possible for you to provide such an accusatory and misleading opinion about our employees on the web. That is, to put it mildly, rude and impolite. Let us explain to you that standard procedure for four star hotels worldwide is to require a credit card guarantee when checking into a hotel. If you do not have a credit card, the hotel requires a cash deposit (for your incidentals charges in this case). The incidentals charges are refundable upon check out if you didn't consume anything. We invite you to provide us with your email address so that we can provide you with camera footage from your arrival to the hotel (we are only sorry they are not supported by voice).
