This is a lovely clean and modern flat within one of Liverpool’s period merchant properties. The house is located on Liverpool’s famous boulevard (which recently underwent a 4m investment).   
  
The property is situated just south of the city and is a 15 min walk into central or a short bus journey. You can even scooter it! The flat is a 2 mins walk from Princes Park and 8 mins from Sefton Park - Some of Liverpool’s best parks and Lark Lane.
