"Throughly enjoyed our stay here , host have the perfect set up and only a short distance to Hythe town centre which has a great deal to offer for food and drink . The property is well set up with everything you need inside and a private enclosed garden for our furry friend . Totally recommend great hosts great place great price great getaway ."

"I am not sure where to start...this was a great base from which to explore Southeast England. Beautiful flat with comfy beds overlooking a lovely garden and view of Hastings. I was a little worried with our 6 foot boys that they would struggle with the bunk beds but they had no issues.We found on street parking was always available. A small grocer around the corner is nice and laundry is not to far away."

"The property was everything I was looking for! The location, the view, the facilities were just as described & exactly what I wanted. I spent a long time looking on various sites before finding this but it was worth the effort! I was sad to leave and hope to return. "An idealic stay close to Lydden Race Circuit for me & my son in a twin room. Beautiful room, infact, more a bedsit studio aptmt which was unexpected. Lovely views of the Kent countryside, also lovely & quiet. Parked right outside the entrance to the hotel too & loved the complimentary touches in the room incl choc chip cookies. All very nice."
