"Short but great stay. Comfy bed and decent shower. And a sound proof room! Exactly what was needed Gluten free toast available on request from the chef so that was good, but could have been better with some cereal options"

"Check-in was quick. Need to use your room card to go in the lift on the ground floor. Room was clean, bathroom small but ok. Tea and coffee in room-no biscuits as I usually get in other hotels. Didn't have breakfast this time but it has been fine on previous visits"

"Unfortunately my experience in room 414 last night was not good, there was an annoing continuous sound all night up above the room( not the air conditioning unit ss this was off) also the bed was unsteady. Each time my husband or i moved it disturbed the other person. This resulted in myself not having a good nights rest . Shame as all previous visits to the Grosvenor have been amazing ."

"Nice budget hotel located within easy walking distance of Terminal 2. Staff were friendly, room although basic was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a one night stay for a few hours sleep after a late flight. For the price I paid I was very happy :-)"
