This was my first time in Europe so I did not know what to expect. I was a bit nervous and confused as to how this hotel worked. But overall as a solo traveler it fit my needs perfectly. Especially since I was barely in my room. I spent most if not all of my time wandering around Lisbon. It has air conditioning, a private bathroom and a bed. What more do you need? Perfect for solo travelers or those folks who don't want to break the bank. I liked it.
Unfriendly staff and uncomfortable room with broken doors and blinds. People smoking everywhere in the rooms and in the common areas.

Poor
The blinds are broken and the room is outdated, with the frames falling and the air conditioner not working, so the stay was not good. The social environment is also very low.
First room to small. 1 socket. Second room betterer but shower to small with sliding door knock your head ever time with toilet to close. Lift not working, wife an i had to walk up to 4 th floor. Wife poorly not gutckie. No help or contact.
