Staff (young slim male with brown hair) not very attentive or professional in providing a very good customer experience, spoilt dinner ☹️. He looked very disinterested. Breakfast was good, female staff young lady, with afro hair, very good. Reception check in very good, professional and attentive. Reception check out, not so good, unfortunately unprofessional."

"The hotel was very comfortable, and its location near the city center made it easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 for one reason. Our room was advertised as a nice window room, but the window looked into a dirty structure with barbed wire, inside the building, overlooking the lounge. I kept the curtains closed the whole stay because looking out gave me the major ick. I would suggest covering those windows with an opaque film that still lets light through, so guests don't have to see the garbage right outside."

"This visit was only a one night quick overnight as we were attending the golf at Wentworth. Arrived quite late and left early. The rooms are spotlessly clean with a lovely comfortable bed with high quality bedding. The bathroom is very nice with a great size shower. This isn’t my first visit and definitely won’t be my last."
