"The room was very clean and well maintained and the comfort of the bed was amazing. Check in staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was Self service but superb. We didn’t use the spa on this occasion as we were there to attend a wedding but have used it previously and it is top notch. My only bug bear is that due to not booking direct I had to pay for parking at £12. This didn’t sit right with me because if using the spa, parking is free, if I had just attended the wedding and had not stayed the night parking would have been free. So then when I give them more custom of staying the night I had to pay because I hadn’t booked directly."

Only disapointment on this visit was checking in , there was only one person on reception and it was about 15.10 pm when I had to wait about 25 minutes to check in because there was a group of tourists checking in together. At that time of day there should have been more than one person on reception !"
