"The hotel itself was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were also very pleasant and friendly. However, after having stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past, I was shocked to find out during check-in that they now charge for parking. This hotel is not near any entertainment venues or in a busy area such as downtown so I am not sure why they have decided to charge for parking. That definitely needs to be mentioned on Expedia as that is one of the determining factors in my hotel selection. "
